Hope you have many happy hols in your new caravan. Regarding parking caravans our deeds state no caravans commercial vehicles or operating a business from house and no boats. guess what plenty of white van men on estate and caravans and boats.

Now there is a thought, We live in a new build house best check if we can park a caravan on the drive if and when we get one.
looking at this one seems cheap enough

Hi Heather, Congratulations on your new purchase!
If you miss and oven you can get really cheap electric ones for £25 from Lidl. Or get a microwave from a supermarket for the same price and do the finishing off to brown and crispen meals under the grill.

Ours has a oven and is very similar caravan to yours. We always use the microwave its much quicker and you save on gas.

I thought all caravans had ovens :? looks a very posh caravan not to have one !
